THE ROBINHOOD PROJECT
Robinhood Regular Hours: Potential Value & Catalyst Screen
Date: October 7, 2026 | Scope: 22 selected symbols | Depth: Standard | Sources consulted: 28
This report is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. It is not a recommendation to buy,
sell, or hold any security.
Investor context: Aggressive risk tolerance; under-one-year holding window; growth rather than income; advanced
experience; current portfolio reported as 100% stocks and ETFs.
Bottom line
Regular-hours access broadens the ETF comparison, not the intrinsic value of an unchanged business. The conditional
stock research priorities remain PYPL, C, UNH and DIS. XLF remains the clearest lower-multiple sector exposure; XLC now
enters the ETF research shortlist because of its favorable historical valuation/earnings-sentiment combination, but its
earnings-quality and cash-flow tests are substantial. XLV remains a growth-recovery alternative, not a verified broad-sector
bargain. XLU has the strongest historical valuation score but is a lower-priority fit for this short, growth-focused horizon. [1]
[2] [3]
The key change from the overnight report is that all eleven sector ETFs can be compared. XLC, XLU, XLY, XLI, XLB, XLP
and XLRE are included because their ordinary Robinhood status is tradable; an overnight restriction is no longer an
exclusion. This report does not claim to identify the cheapest security among every stock and ETF on Robinhood. [4]
Regular-hours eligibility and coverage
The normal U.S. equity session is 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding market holidays.
Exact-symbol public Robinhood instrument records were freshly retrieved October 7: all 22 selected symbols show ordinary
tradability = tradable. The screen covers the same ten stocks/ADRs, all eleven Select Sector ETFs, and SPY as a
benchmark. Account-specific access and actual order availability were not tested. [5] [4]
To make the two reports comparable, prices remain October 6 closes and the same October 7 stock-data snapshot is used.
Sector factor scores remain August 31; principal sector multiples and calendar-2027 earnings estimates remain September
30. This is a session/universe expansion, not a new intraday quote feed or a fresh earnings-estimate consensus. [1] [6] [2]
[3]
Eligible stock comparison
Prices are October 6 closes; Yahoo quotes/estimates and financial data were retrieved October 7. FCF yield is the
four-quarter provider FCF divided by market capitalization, with currency conversion where required. Bank FCF yields are
intentionally not used. [1]

Forward P/E is Yahoo's reported estimate metric; its exact estimate horizon and adjusted/GAAP basis were not
independently standardized. It is not directly interchangeable with management's current fiscal-year guidance or FactSet's
next-12-month sector P/E. Different businesses also merit different multiples; this is a cross-sector candidate comparison,
not a same-industry peer valuation. [1] [3]
Informational research | Page 1/8Robinhood Regular Hours | Potential Value Screen October 7, 2026
Stock research priorities
PYPL - deepest cash-flow value signal, weaker operating momentum
The screen shows approximately 9.4x forward P/E and 14.0% TTM FCF yield. [1] PayPal's Q2 revenue rose 5% and
payment volume 10%, but transaction-margin dollars rose only 1%; GAAP operating income fell 5% and operating margin
contracted 171 basis points. [7] That makes this a conditional turnaround case, not an already accelerating growth
business. At the current close, management's FY2026 non-GAAP EPS guidance of about $5.38 implies roughly 10.2x,
illustrating the distinction from the provider's forward multiple. [7] [1]
The useful test is whether transaction-margin growth and branded-checkout economics improve while cash generation
remains repeatable. PayPal's adjusted FCF excludes BNPL receivables timing, so raw quarterly cash flow should not be
extrapolated uncritically. The failure case is continued margin compression and competitive pressure despite rising payment
volume. Profile fit: aggressive recovery/value research, not a clean short-horizon growth thesis yet. [7]
C - lower-priced bank recovery, not a below-book bargain
Citi screens at approximately 9.9x forward earnings and 1.12x reported book, versus JPM's 13.2x and 2.49x in this
two-bank comparison. [1] Citi's Q2 revenue grew 14%, EPS 61%, and RoTCE reached 13.0%; however, lower provisions
and fewer shares contributed, and net credit losses rose 8%. [8] Management's FY2026 RoTCE target remains 10-11%,
subject to macro conditions. [9]
The case depends on sustainable returns, expense control and capital deployment, not simply reaching a headline multiple.
JPM's adjusted profitability is stronger-Q2 ROTCE excluding significant items was 23%-so a cheaper Citi multiple can
reflect different franchise economics. [10] The failure case is higher card losses, disappointing transformation returns or
expenses that absorb revenue gains. Profile fit: higher-risk financial turnaround with observable reporting milestones.
UNH - earnings normalization with a measurable cost test
UnitedHealth screens at approximately 16.6x forward P/E and 7.0% standardized TTM FCF yield. [1] Its Q2 medical care
ratio improved to 86.7% from 89.4%, GAAP EPS rose to $6.04 from $3.74, and first-half operating cash flow reached
$19.964 billion. Q2 revenue grew only 0.4%, so this is primarily a cost/earnings recovery rather than rapid sales growth. [11]
[12]
Management's FY2026 adjusted EPS outlook is $19.50-$20.00; the current close divided by its midpoint is about 19.1x, not
16.6x. [12] [1] The recovery case needs medical-cost control and earnings guidance to hold. The bear case is Medicare
Advantage funding pressure, elevated commercial costs, Optum Health weakness and legal/regulatory exposure; cash-flow
comparisons can also be influenced by working capital. Profile fit: earnings-recovery research with material policy and event
risk. [11]
DIS - operating recovery with mixed cash conversion
Disney screens at approximately 13.9x forward P/E and 4.6% standardized TTM FCF yield. [1] Fiscal Q3 revenue rose 7%;
Entertainment operating income grew 64%, SVOD operating income reached $712 million, and Experiences operating
income grew 20%, but Sports operating income fell 17%. [13] GAAP EPS fell while company-adjusted EPS rose;
restructuring/impairment charges and a tariff refund affected comparisons. [13]
The cash-flow nuance matters: nine-month FCF was $5.735 billion, down 24%. The issuer's full-year guidance of at least
$19 billion is operating cash flow, not FCF; capex guidance is approximately $9 billion. [13] Subsequent results need to
validate streaming economics, parks demand and cash conversion. The failure case is sports/content costs or softer
advertising/parks demand offsetting recovery. Profile fit: cyclical operating turnaround, with no verified precise future report

date in this source set.
Other eligible names: watchlist, not automatic bargains
QCOM has a roughly 17.8x forward multiple and 5.4% standardized FCF yield. [1] Yet fiscal Q3 revenue fell 4% and
handset revenue 20%; automotive grew 61% and IoT 9%, which is promising diversification but did not fully offset handset
weakness. [14] Supply and input-cost pressure remain relevant. A recovery needs to show up in actual results rather than
an assumed AI multiple expansion. [15]
PFE screens around 9.5x forward earnings and 7.0% standardized FCF yield, but is lower priority for a pure growth thesis.
[1] First-half adjusted EPS fell 10%; Q2 GAAP earnings included $4.3 billion in intangible impairments. Guidance uses
adjusted EPS, so the sharp gap between trailing and forward multiples does not establish a simple recurring-earnings
bargain. Pipeline and pricing risks remain. [16]
GOOGL shows about 17.4x trailing versus 22.9x forward P/E. [1] Q2 other income was $97.983 billion, primarily unrealized
equity-security gains, while operating income was $40.770 billion. Its low trailing multiple therefore needs normalization. Q2
revenue growth was 24%, but quarterly FCF was negative amid very high capex. [17]
META has strong advertising growth, but its Q2 company-defined FCF was only $784 million while costs grew 55% versus
28% revenue growth. The company subtracts finance-lease principal in FCF, so its definition is not identical to a provider
CFO-minus-capex series. [18] BABA, an eligible ADR, combines roughly 11.8x forward P/E with a negative converted TTM
FCF yield of about 2.7%. [4] [1] June-quarter cloud growth was 45%, but non-GAAP net income fell 38% and FCF was a
RMB44.670 billion outflow as investment accelerated. China/cross-border and competitive risks are additional reasons not
to treat the low multiple as proof of value. [19]
Regular-hours ETF comparison
The metrics are sector/index proxies, not verified fund-specific forward P/E or fair-value discounts. An unavailable forward
multiple remains N/A. Historical factor scores and current trailing multiples measure different things and carry different as-of
dates. [2] [3] [20]

ETF Exposure Sector fwd P/E Index trailing P/E 2027 EPS est. Value score Sources
SPY S&P 500 benchmark 19.0x 25.7x +15.8% N/A [4] [3]
XLF - clearest lower-multiple case, not an own-history bargain
Financials trades at a sector forward P/E of 14.1x versus 19.0x for the same-provider S&P 500 snapshot, about a 26%
multiple gap. Its historical valuation composite is -0.44, so the discount to the market does not establish cheapness relative
to its own history. Consensus CY2027 sector EPS growth is 9.1%, also below the market's 15.8%. [3] [2]
FDIC-insured bank profits improved in Q2, but securities gains, trading/fee income and lower provisions contributed; the
FDIC universe is not identical to the listed Financials sector. The next useful tests are recurring bank returns, credit losses,
provisions and capital-markets activity. Failure case: earnings quality weakens or credit costs absorb revenue improvement.
Profile fit: conditional value/re-rating research with observable October reporting milestones. [21] [22] [23]
XLC - newly accessible factor-value candidate, with earnings distortions
Communication Services has an August historical valuation score of +0.84 and earnings sentiment of +0.91, one of the
more favorable combined signals in the full-sector comparison. The September Select Sector trailing P/E is 22.9x; the cited
dataset does not provide a verified sector forward P/E for this row. These figures are not interchangeable with unverified
ETF quote metadata. [2] [20]
The complication is that FactSet's September snapshot forecasts 2027 EPS down 10.7% despite revenue growth of 14.3%.
Its Q3 2026 sector earnings-growth estimate is 51.5%, falling to 12.0% when the two largest contributors are excluded.
Those concentration and denominator effects mean a favorable factor score is not enough to establish recurring-earnings
value. The exact sector-wide normalized-earnings bridge remains unverified. [3]
The company research offers concrete cautions: Alphabet's Q2 other income included very large unrealized investment
gains, while Meta's cash generation is under capex and expense pressure. These are issuer examples, not a calculation of
XLC's weighted cash flow. The favorable case requires recurring advertising/operating growth, stronger post-investment
cash generation and defensible normalized valuation. Failure case: investment spending absorbs growth, estimates
disappoint, or concentrated leadership reverses. Profile fit: aggressive growth/value research, more conditional than the raw
factor ranking suggests. [17] [18] [24]
XLV - earnings normalization, not a broad bargain
Health Care has 22.0% consensus CY2027 EPS growth, but its historical valuation score is nearly neutral at -0.02 and the
Select Sector trailing P/E is 35.0x. This is a recovery screen, not proof of low broad-sector pricing. Monitor medical-cost
trends, reimbursement/policy developments and whether earnings upgrades survive reporting. Failure case: cost or
regulatory pressure overwhelms the projected recovery. Profile fit: conditional earnings-recovery exposure; evaluate
holdings and overlap with UNH/PFE before treating it as diversification. [3] [2] [20] [11]
XLU - strongest historical value score, weaker short-horizon growth fit
Utilities has the highest August valuation score, +0.94, but the weakest earnings sentiment, -1.15. Consensus CY2027 EPS
growth is 8.9%; September index trailing P/E is 18.0x. A favorable historical valuation signal coexists with unfavorable
estimate trends. This is why it is restored to the normal-hours comparison but not promoted to an unconditional growth
priority. [2] [3] [20]
The research case requires an improving rate/financing backdrop or better earnings revisions, not simply a dividend yield.
Failure case: financing costs stay elevated, capital spending absorbs cash, or the valuation discount persists past the
holding window. Profile fit: narrower rate-sensitive recovery thesis; lower priority without an income need. [24]
Informational research | Page 4/8Robinhood Regular Hours | Potential Value Screen October 7, 2026
XLY and the remaining sector funds
XLY: Consumer Discretionary has favorable August valuation/sentiment scores of +0.73/+0.70, but sector forward P/E is
22.6x versus 19.0x for the market. Consensus 2027 EPS is -2.4% despite 8.4% revenue growth. Less expensive relative to
historical measures does not mean cheaper than the market. This is a selective operating-turnaround screen; the
EPS/revenue divergence needs explanation before a broad value label. [2] [3]
XLE: A 13.0x forward sector multiple is low, but consensus 2027 EPS is -9.1%. Commodity-cycle earnings can make low
P/E misleading. EIA's October outlook forecasts lower Brent prices in 2027 than Q4 2026; that is a forecast, not a
guaranteed price path. Failure case: weaker realized prices or demand overwhelm the apparent multiple discount. [3] [25]
XLK/XLI: Technology and Industrials have consensus 2027 EPS growth of 41.3% and 16.3%, respectively, but unfavorable
historical valuation scores of -1.16 and -1.11. Growth is not itself undervaluation. Industrials' cited forward P/E is 22.5x;
Technology's verified forward sector value is unavailable in this dataset. Failure case: results fail to justify already
demanding historical pricing. [3] [2]
XLB/XLP: Materials and Staples have negative historical valuation and earnings-sentiment scores. Their respective 2027
EPS estimates of 11.6% and 7.0% do not, by themselves, establish a short-horizon value catalyst. XLRE: Real Estate has a
positive valuation score of +0.47, but negative earnings sentiment and 6.4% expected EPS growth; a defensible
REIT/property valuation needs cash-flow, leverage and appropriate property/FFO measures beyond the supplied sector
P/E. No verified intrinsic-value discount is assigned. [2] [3] [20]
SPY is the broad-market benchmark, not a special bargain designation. Its 19.0x forward P/E is near the cited ten-year
average of 19.1x. The full regular-hours universe adds opportunities to compare, but does not make every restored ETF
attractive. [3]

A short horizon increases the importance of reporting surprises and market conditions. Neither RSI nor a moving-average
relationship proves a security is undervalued or identifies a reliable entry price.
Regular-hours execution and model limits
Robinhood's U.S. equity order menu supports market, limit, stop, stop-limit, take-profit/stop-loss and trailing-stop orders.
Regular-hours trading is not subject to the overnight-only whole-share/limit-order framework, but supported order types do
not guarantee a fill or a favorable execution price. Orders entered outside supported sessions can queue for the next
trading day. Verify the order's selected session, time-in-force and account eligibility before submission. [28] [5]
Changing the trading session does not remove earnings gaps, volatility, price uncertainty or security-specific loss risk. A
limit price constrains the acceptable execution price but can leave an order unfilled; a stop trigger is not a guaranteed exit
price. The technical indicators are historical context, not a reliable entry/exit system.
The workbook is a transparent screen, eligibility audit and earnings/multiple sensitivity-not a DCF, portfolio allocation,
fair-value estimate or probability-weighted target. It models (1 + earnings change) x (1 + multiple change) - 1. A 10%
earnings decline plus 10% multiple compression implies a 19% price decline; 10% growth plus 10% expansion implies a
21% gain before distributions, fees and taxes. These are illustrative inputs, not forecasts.

Limitations
This is a selected 22-symbol U.S. regular-hours comparison, not an exhaustive screen of every Robinhood stock/ETF,
international market or small-cap security. The stock universe is the same ten candidates as the overnight report; the ETF
universe now covers all eleven Select Sector funds plus SPY. Public ordinary-tradability records are not a live account/order
entitlement test. [4]
The same-date baseline deliberately preserves comparability with the prior report. Prices are October 6 closes, stock
metrics were retrieved October 7, sector scores are August 31, and the principal sector estimate/multiple snapshot is
September 30. Forward-estimate horizons and adjusted/GAAP bases are not fully standardized; sector forecasts are not
ETF-specific fair values or exact under-one-year returns. No defensible forecast confidence intervals were available. [1] [6]
[2] [3]
Bank FCF yields are not used. Alibaba's CNY statements are converted before comparison with its USD ADR market
capitalization. Provider FCF can differ from issuer-defined FCF; several precise future company event dates, normalized
sector earnings and REIT cash-flow valuations remain unverified. No complete same-industry peer study, company DCF,
intrinsic-value discount or allocation is established. Current holdings and overlaps were not supplied. [1] [18]
These are conditional research priorities, not directives to buy. Consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making
