One important curriculum note
I would be cautious about defining Workhorses too broadly until we lock down exactly what it means in your teaching model. Packaging and testing are generally a separate back-end activity—often performed by OSAT companies—while “workhorse” chips commonly implies analog, power, microcontrollers, memory, and mature-node components. Those are all important, but they are not exactly the same category.
